Terms of Service •••

These are my Terms of Service, and any violation to these terms may result in punishment such as blacklisting.

General Terms
All drawings will include my signature and, at times, a watermark that you may not remove.

I may ask among finishing the commission if I may post and use your commissioned piece as a reference for future customers publically. You are allowed as the customer to concent or deny to have your requested piece showcased.

Prices per commission are subject to variation based on the details of the commission and occasional offers.

I have the right to reject any request that I do not feel comfortable creating for any reason.
I also have the right to hault work on a commission if I feel uncomfortable by our communication.

Minor adjustment requests to the artwork itself are allowed, but I reserve the right to deny the request if it's an edit that I cannot fix without redoing the entire work.

I reserve the right to deny any request to restart the work already completed and any request to change the commission abruptly after our agreed upon plan for it.
╾╼Payment and Refunds
A form of payment will be required before I start work on the line art of your commission(s).
Nitro or Robux payments, the full amount is due at the time of the sketches completion.

A form of payment is required at the time of the sketch completion.
I have the right to refuse continuation on the commission if I do not recive a payment.

Before pay I will give an estimate based on what the order is.
Do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested the payment.

I do not do refunds, payment is discussed before work is started and will be non-refundable once sent and work started.

Do not request a chargback.
If you request a chargeback at any point without consulting with me first, you will be blacklisted from my commissions, you will not be receiving the work finnished, and I will decline the chargeback suppling whoever it may concern with our conversational and progressional evidence of the work being completed.
╾╼Terms of Use
I, KaijuGlitch, as the original artist of all my signed and watermarked works, claim the rights to the produced drawings. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Promote myself with the work if I wish to.
- Publish and display the artwork in my own books, posts, forums, social medias, etc.
- Share my experience of creating the artwork.

As the buyer, you are allowed to:- Use the art to show off character's displayed in the work.
- Use the art as an example for other art commisions.
- Share who you commissioned for the art.
- Request that the watermark is moved to a less visible but still visible spot.

As the buyer, you are not allowed to:- Remove the watermark.
- Request the watermark to be removed.
- Claim the art as your own.
- Trace the art.
- Make a profit off of the art.
- Post the art without crediting me.

- If you attempt to try and get my art BEFORE you pay, it will result in you getting blacklisted
- Any attempts to claim my art as your own drawing
- attempting to scam me for a commission
- attempts at trying to fake payments
- asking for last second favors (will result in warns instead.)
- Any kind of arguments done with me, art related or not, and thus making me feel like you are not worth a commison for.
- If you discomfort me in any way
- If you have previously caused problems with friends / me, you will be blacklistedAt the time you set up a commission with me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, as well as understanding the consequences of breaking these terms.

  • Backlisted people

  • Congratulations!! You've made it to my personal Blacklist! Wowie, what did you do bro???

  • If you find yourself in my Blacklist, let it be from the folliwing:

  • • Not co-operating with me while doing your commission

  • • Not paying up when i've given you your commision already (Rarely do but still.)

  • • You attempt to Commission me something that I do not comply with (Usually NSFW or hateful commissions)

  • • You generally being a nuisance to either my fellow Artist friends, and/or you cause problems that I do not seek to be apart of.

  • • Saying something to me in any weird-ish way (immediate block + blacklist)

  • If any of this were to be your reason for you being on my blacklist, congratulations, you cannot and WILL NOT be removed. Under no circumstances will I remove you from my Blacklist, whether you have a good price for your purchase, whether it comes from a friend (If I find this out, Blacklist will go to said friend as well, but not as harsh IF they did not know. [won't always trust though]).

  • Blacklisted people will be stated, and reason why:

  • > Spooun - In no way do I feel comfortable giving them a commission. Misusing words and demeaning them, Has said and been in a lot of drama with friends.

  • > Soapie - Don't have the comfort to give them any commission. Also had a lot of drama with a friend of mine/said some things about them.

  • > Campfire - Made very nsfw related models/art before. Could not co-operate with dev group + Very problematic with their own past stuff. Proceeded to make fun of / be rude to members of the Incident 183 Server.

  • > Lucier_Rosa - Acted rude to multiple people before, has been told on many occasions to stop, and either hasn't/egnored them.

  • > InevittableSanity - Made very weird comments towards some people, whether it was friends or not, I do not feel safe or comfortable with giving them a commission. FEELINGS MAY CHANGE IN THE FUTURE. Not guaranteed to stay.

  • > Rorydorito - Did not co-operate when asked nicely to not do things, and lashed out for no reason.

  • > _N1ghtCrawler - Made weird comments for my oc/ sexualized them.

  • > Archesphyre - Has said some things to friends. Don't feel comfortable around.

  • If you happen to be in this Blacklist, you have already been blocked on discord. If you manage to get ahold of me through my other connections, you may try and appeal yourself from my blacklist. However, only a few selection of people can and are alloud to appeal these blacklists.

Yes, I AM a furry. I am under the impression that I might have ADHD (not fully sure). I am a MINOR, Do not interact with me if you are 18+. I am usually very laid back. I tend to be as kind as possible. I am Anti-social + Introverted. I do tend to hold grudges for a while.Unfortunately for me, I fo get burnouts very quickly, either Burnouts or demotivations. Commissions will usually be slow if I get demotivated quickly, but attempts to finish them will be made.
